Overall I'm pretty happy with my performance this morning. I maxed my push-ups, waist measurement, and run time. My sit-ups were pretty pathetic though only a measily 42, which will cost me the PT ribbon despite scoring an overall 97.5.

Just got back from a swim at the Rec, 1600m just under 1 hour with break =) felt good, but still slow must hit the pool more!
