Ok sorry all for the long leave of absence but I'm back and on the path for my HIM come May! Lately I have been just doing runs with Dan but I'm defiantly feeling good.

Need more of that first one at the lower HR zone but the last one felt damn good. Now to just get back the other two disciplines on track.
